Delete your JumoCards account

Deleting your account removes your sign-in, your name and avatar, and your group memberships. Groups you own pass to their longest-standing member. Your messages in group chats are removed.

Old games' results may keep your name as it was. Usage counts never had your name in them.

How to ask

A button in the app (Me, then Privacy & terms, then Delete my account) is coming soon. Until then, email hello@jumogames.com from the address you sign in with, and your account will be deleted within 30 days.
